The transformation of the world of work, driven by economic globalisation and technological change, has outdated some of the existing labour regulations and institutions. Against this background, we propose a labour reform that addresses these transformations in a balanced and ambitious manner under two dimensions. The supply-side dimension has contents that seek to facilitate the supply of goods and services by enterprises; the demand-side dimension has contents that seek to improve the quality of work and new labour rights.
