Juan O’Farrell is an economist with a PhD in political science from Torcuato Di Tella University and an MA in governance and development from the University of Sussex. He has been involved in research projects and public policy design for Argentina’s Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Institute of Development Studies, and the Bretton Woods Project, among other organizations. He specializes in the political economy of natural resources, technology, and labor.
