Fundar’s three missions require the development of research with interdisciplinary teams and diverse knowledge. In order for this research to dialogue with each other and develop harmoniously, facilitates communication and collaboration between the different areas, ensuring the quality of our productions and promoting a common vision.
What does this mean? We monitor all of Fundar’s projects, encouraging innovation, continuous improvement in its planning, implementation and evaluation processes and the relevance of public policy proposals.
We work together with the areas in the management and development of the projects so that they are executed in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation. How? We ensure internal coherence and build an integrating narrative that dialogues with our advocacy strategy.
