Victoria Arias Mahiques

Victoria Arias Mahiques has a law degree from the National University of the South, a postgraduate degree in environmental law from the University of Buenos Aires, and a postgraduate diploma in climate change from the National University of Quilmes and the National University of Jujuy. She has worked as a civil servant and external consultant on innovation and the environment for various municipal governments in Argentina, including the government of the City of Buenos Aires. She has also worked as a specialist in public policy planning at the Department of Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Risk Analysis at Argentina’s Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development. Her areas of work include regulatory development, environmental governance, and public participation.
