Paula Isaak is an economist specialized in science, technology and innovation policy. She has experience in planning, management and project evaluation in the public sector and international organizations, as well as in data analysis. She holds a Master’s degree in Argentinian Political Economy from the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO).
