Jimena Rubio

Jimena Rubio holds a BA in Political Science from the University of San Andrés and a MA in Political and Social Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona). She specializes in state capacities, political economy and productive policies. She was a researcher at CIPPEC on public management issues related to the governance of public enterprises, the professionalization of public administration and the strategic management of public policies. She worked at the Secretariat of Public Management of the National Cabinet Office and worked as a consultant for international organizations and provincial governments in policy evaluation and strengthening of management systems. She was a lecturer at the University of San Andrés and the National University of San Martín.
