Labour reform and tax reform are at the heart of the current public debate. And that is fine. We need to change the way the national government and the provinces collect taxes, and we need to modernise labour legislation. At Fundar, we have a series of proposals for both areas. However, let us discuss change without believing that ‘structural reforms’ are magic solutions to Argentina’s growth and development problems.
