There can be no development without science and technology, and certainly no development without a scientific community engaged in dialogue with Argentina’s productive needs. That is why we need strategies to strengthen scientific and technological capabilities, promote applied innovation—including financial innovation—and connect knowledge, competitiveness, and sustainable development. Science and industry must go hand in hand, and the State must be there as a promoter of joint initiatives.
