Argentina’s public sector still operates with inefficient procedures, limited digitalization, and weak institutional coordination. Building a modern State is a long-term effort: it requires institutions that learn, adapt, and improve over time.
Our agenda examines how to strengthen State performance by addressing its structures, rules, capabilities, and embedded inequalities. Drawing on empirical evidence, strategic use of data, and sector-specific research, we identify key bottlenecks and propose concrete reforms to improve coordination, performance, and development impact.
