What needs to be clarified, however, is that we can pinpoint exactly the state of affairs. Are there more poor people in Argentina than in other Latin American countries? When did Argentina get screwed? Or better yet: did Argentina get screwed? In one of the most nominal countries in the world, this is not an obvious or evident answer, although there is a precise one. Argendata makes this answer available to the attentive reader: the answer that counts.
