Ha sido ternada para Jueza de C\u00e1mara Civil y Civil y Comercial Federal Sala Especializada en Defensa de la Competencia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Desde 2012 se desempe\u00f1a en el \u00e1rea de gobierno de la Procuraci\u00f3n General de la Naci\u00f3n, donde cumpli\u00f3 funciones como titular de la Secretar\u00eda Disciplinaria, T\u00e9cnica y de Recursos Humanos hasta el a\u00f1o 2015.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Desde enero de 2016 se hizo cargo de la Secretar\u00eda General de Coordinaci\u00f3n No Penal de la PGN y en la actualidad es tambi\u00e9n Directora Interina de la Agencia de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como docente en la materia Bases Constitucionales del Derecho Privado en la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA y fue profesora adjunta de la materia Derecho Civil III en la carrera de abogac\u00eda del Instituto Universitario de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina. Ha dictado cursos de grado y posgrado en universidades locales y extranjeras y particip\u00f3 como conferencista en diversas jornadas organizadas por la Asamblea de Ministerios P\u00fablicos de Iberoam\u00e9rica (AIAMP), la Reuni\u00f3n Especializada de Ministerios P\u00fablicos del Mercosur (REMPM) y la Conferencia de La Haya, entre otras.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Johanna Cristallo is a lawyer from UBA, Master in Law and Economics at UTDT and is in the process of writing her thesis for the Master in Administration and Public Policy at UdeSA.
