He is Principal Researcher on Natural Resources and Development at Fundar, where he was Director of the Natural Resources Department. He has served as a regular professor at Torcuato Di Tella University and the National University of Hurlingham, and as a visiting professor at several universities and the National Foreign Service Institute (ISEN). He is an external consultant to local and provincial governments and on projects funded by international organisations.
