She completed her master&#8217;s degree in design and management of social programmes also at FLACSO. She served as director of management of the National Plan of Action on Human Rights in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation and as advisor in the Ministry of Women, Gender and Diversity of the Nation. She was a consultant specialising in gender and human rights for United Nations agencies and civil society organisations. Her professional career includes the design, management and evaluation of policies and programmes from a human rights and gender perspective in the public and private sector.
